In the Kampong Chan leprosy colony, the St. Lazarus-Fonds supported 542 leprosy patients and their families in collaboration with Caritas Cambodia. The following projects were implemented:

• Installation of 3 pumps to improve the water supply of the village
• Establishment of 5 pig and 3 chicken farms
• Construction of compost houses and creation of rice fields to support self-sufficiency
• Scholarships for elementary school children
